Ms Ragan is a Seattle, Washington native, with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the Seattle location University of Washington.
Her Watercolor paintings have been prolifically shown  and sold across Washington State, including Vashon Island, Edmonds, Ocean Shores, Kirkland, Ellensberg, Seattle, etc.
